Also known as the star dessert of the Middle East, baklava consists of at least 14 layers of thin, freshly made dough filled with various nuts and sweetened with syrup. All the dough used in our baklava is made from scratch daily and hand-rolled to perfection using ghee (purified butter) in all varieties of baklava.
