1. Orders: All orders are processed upon receipt. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping: We offer local delivery within Houston and surrounding areas. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

3. Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

4. Custom Orders: Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due before delivery or pickup. Changes to custom orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

5. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions: Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

6. Liability: Suzie’s Pastry is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers. We are committed to resolving any issues within our control promptly.
